Instructions:

  • Use this format to make the coupons. "Redeem this coupon for ________________________________ From ____________________________________"
  • Cut them and glue on colored cardstock or construction paper.
  • Take a piece of cardstock or construction paper and cut out rectangles slightly bigger than your coupons.
  • Take one of the rectangles and make this your cover. Add writing, stickers and drawings.

This is so C-U-T-E. I remember making something like this when I was a kid. I made mine for my mother though and I loved the idea and concept until she would "cash in" a coupon and I had to do the dishes. While growing up I hated the dishes. I despised them so this was not "cool". Pretty sure I never made another coupon book for her again. lol.
But I think this is a lovely idea and I might just have to do it for my kiddos. I know that they will love it with all their heart. I could make it to where they can get out of certain chores when they turn in thier coupon. My oldest would certainly love this idea. He is almost to his teen years so he's starting to get to the age he doesn't want to help out much anymore around the house, but he is a good kid and does it anyways. I sure do like him. :) God truly blessed me with some very great kids.
But anyways, again this is a great idea and THANK YOU so much for sharing!!!!
