2011 Holiday Recipe Contest

Enter to win by sharing your favorite holiday recipes. We are looking for those noteworthy and unforgettable recipes that are the highlight of your meal—the memorable dishes that really define the holidays for your family.

Submitted recipes will be judged on the principle of "traditional with a twist," in other words, a classic dish that you've somehow make tastier, healthier, more local or unique. Share your culinary creativity with us for a chance to win a great prize and have your recipe printed in MetroFamily!

All recipe submissions will be reviewed by local celebrity chef Christa Carretero of Cooking Girl. The winning recipe will win a $100 gift certificate to Cooking Girl, good for your choice of cooking classes or gourmet take-home meals, plus and a copy of Lorena Garcia's New Latin Classic cookbook. In addition, the winning recipe will be featured in MetroFamily's December 2011 issue!
